i-Joist Flange Reinforcer Repair Kit

For custom notches up to 6" wide and 4" deep

I-Joist Flange Notch Reinforcers (Patent Pending) are designed for Engineered I Joist Repairs that require reinforcement due notch cuts in the I-Joist Flange and down into the web. The series number (150/250/350) refers to the width of the flange or cord at the top and bottom of the iJoist. i-Joists with notch cuts up to 6" wide and 4" deep can be reinforced to 100%+ original load bearing capability. Nearly all i-Joist manufacturers conform to the common i-Joist heights of 9 1/2", 11 7/8", 14" and 16 or Reinforcers accomodating all popular brands such as TJI, LP, BCI, and all others that conform to typical i-Joist sizes.

Reinforcers are made of 10 gauge galvanized steel, which makes them the strongest Reinforcers made.

• Plate thickness: 10Ga
• Plate width: 23.75"
• Nominal iJoist Height of 9 1/2", 11 7/8", 14" and 16"

All series and dimension I-Joist Reinforcers accommodate a 5" wide x 3.25" deep notch commonly required for an offset toilet flange, but will allow the passage of any utility less than 3.25".
