Product and support are great. Super friendly and helpful people. Install was relatively simple with proper tools and guidance .

We’ve used quite a few and will be installing on most of our decks in the future.
Only issue was when reversing we stripped one of the heads when socket slipped off. Would be nice to have a pin you could insert if needed between socket and helical.
This joist repair is, in my opinion, the best on the market. Great structural properties and the largest allowable hole size I could find. Excellent for running plumbing drainage and supply.
I appreciate that they include a drill bit and a Torx impact bit. However, the impact bit is on the low end of quality and I had to get another to finish my install as the one supplied snapped. I would have liked more bits to be included.
Shipping is next day for when you need it, but expensive for when you're able to wait for the product. I ordered twice, so a slower but cheaper shipping option would be appreciated.
This was a great product and saved me a lot of time and money. I couldn’t even imagine trying to fix this joist by sister another joist.
