Refund policy

Nolan Structural Products will honor all returns requested within 30 days from the date the order was placed.  It is the customer's responsibility to return the product to our office located at 333 Kingsley Rd., Burnt Hills, NY 12027 and we will issue the refund once the product and the accessories are returned.  We will issue refund less a 20% restocking fee and our shipping costs.
