Great idea. Takes a very powerful drill. My normal impact didn’t work, had to get the strongest corded one from harbor freight and let it cool down a few times per screw.
One head sheared off 2 went in well. I had to move them around a few times to avoid buried rocks, still much easier than concrete piers
They were easy to get ahold of as well
I purchased and installed at least 30 basement wall straps provided by Nolan Structural Products. The strap installation instructions are very straightforward and easy to understand as well as the actual physical installation. In my opinion, this is a great alternative to other foundation stabilization methods. I was able to purchase online and pick up the straps almost immediately and was very satisfied with the customer service as well as the product. I would recommend Nolan or their structural foundation straps to anyone.
Quick and easy way to repair a broken joist. Will definitely use again in the future
